How do I personalise my order?
The product page has two ways to send wording, either by sending us a Word document or using the text box to type in your wording. But you can also send your wording via email later to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com . Or alternatively wait for us to email to request the wording. Apologies but we can't take wording over the phone or in an image or scan of text,we need the wording in a format where we can copy and paste (which we can't do from an image)
You can have whatever wording you wish (as long as it fits!)
Can I see the proof before you print?
We will email you a proof to check and approve from the wording you have sent, we know that you will have checked your wording many times before sending but ask you to carefully check the proofs as this is exactly what will be printed even if there are errors in it.
When will my order arrive?
Orders take around 5 to 10 working days from receiving your approval to be posted, we are busiest January-March. All orders over £25 are sent tracked and will require a signature, we send exactly to the address provided so of course please ensure the address is up to date.
Funeral Stationery orders worked to a different timescale which we will confirm with you.
How many orders have you received before mine?
We have received over 7000 orders (November 2016) on our old website and other platforms. (eg Etsy)
